Cris Bell, Owner
Cris Bell is a lifelong learner, author, speaker, serial entrepreneur, real estate investor, executive. His leadership is focused on helping others achieve their fullest potential. Throughout his career, he has been instrumental in the successful scaling, growth, and systems integration with three companies.
He is probably best known as a driving force behind Real Property Management Hampton Roads spectacular growth from zero to $100 million in assets under management in just six years. Combined with hands-on experience negotiating acquisitions and developing strategic partnerships, there are few real-world business challenges Cris hasn’t faced.
In addition to his work in the business sector, he has a passion for learning and coaching the sport of amateur wrestling. He is an avid fan and volunteer who has coached for over 5,000 hours at the middle and high school levels. As a result of his efforts, many of my student athletes have received college scholarships.
He also serves as the assistant tournament director of two of the nation’s largest high school wrestling tournaments. However, his contributions to student athletes do not end on the mat. He also serves as a mentor and positive role model to impressionable youth in the community through the Business and Entrepreneur Academy at Kempsville High School.
Cris holds a bachelor’s degree in sports management from Old Dominion University, and holds a Residential Property Manager designation, and is a licensed real estate professional in Virginia, a Residential Management Professional designee with the National Association of Residential Property Managers and serve as the current President of the board for the National Association of Residential Property Managers Southeast Virginia Chapter. He resides in Virginia Beach, Virginia with his amazing wife and two loving daughters.
Natalie Childers, Integrator
Natalie Childers has been working in the real estate industry since 2012. She joined RPM Hampton Roads in 2013, working as a leasing agent and then moving up to a property manager position. After a while, Natalie took a break from RPM Hampton Roads to continue her education and become a real estate broker. Since then, she has become the broker for their RPM Dominion, RPM Charleston, RPM New York Gold, and RPM Indy Metro offices and is currently the Integrator for the organization.
Natalie was born and raised in Ohio, where she met her now husband of 16 years and has 3 beautiful daughters. She enjoys watching and attending Ohio State Buckeyes football games, remodeling projects, and hanging out with friends.
Len Marcelino, Accounting Lead Assistant
Len has been in the customer service industry for more than 10 years. She joined RPM in 2017. She started as a RPM Maintenance Coordinator, became an Associate Property Manager and now doing the role of an Assistant to the Accounting Lead. She is happily married and blessed with two amazing kids. Despite a busy schedule, this hard-working mom always makes time for her family. One of her favorite past time activities is to sing videoke.
Samantha Tyler, Account Manager
Sam takes pride in her customer service and devotion to providing a positive experience both for clients and colleagues. She is grateful to work at Real Property Management as an account manager as it allows her to both provide for her family as well as being able to stay home and raise her children. Sam is quick to tell anyone that she is one of the lucky few in the world who genuinely loves her job. In her free time, Sam enjoys reading, playing with her 3 children and puppy, and spending time with her family.
Lenivie Pananganan, Resident Coordinator
Lenivie is a responsible, reliable, self-motivated and hard-working person. Before RPM she worked as a Store Manager handling six different boutiques, where she also dealt with customer service, training staff and orientation for 7 years. Lenivie started working at RPM in 2020 and is always grateful for being here and looks forward to doing more great work with this company! Lenivie’s hobbies are traveling to different places, which allows her to admire and see the beauty of nature.
Mauralen Cabaguing, Maintenance Coordinator
Meet Mauralen Cabaguing! She joined RPM on July 2022 as Maintenance Coordinator for RPM South Carolina and Indianapolis. She used to work as Maintenance Coordinator for a property management company based in the United States as well for almost 2 years before joining RPM. She graduated as well with bachelor’s degree in chemistry.
Mauralen is also a dog lover and, during her free time, is always making sure to spend time with her dog Pugsley.
Earl Cordero, Maintenance Scheduler
Meet Earl! Earl is the maintenance scheduler of RPM for Charleston, New York, and Indianapolis. He loves to make or drink coffee, eat delicious foods, play games, and working out.
Kimberly Hernandez, Owner Coordinator
Kimberly is known as a people person & someone who enjoys knowing other people’s life stories. She is deeply interested & inspired by how each person survives the struggles of their lives. For her, knowing their background leads her to genuinely understand them. Besides enjoying deep conversations, she also loves hosting events & can even offer it for free. Her passion brought her to where she is today.
A brief background, she is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering. She tried working in the field for almost 3 months right after she graduated but was forced to stop working to focus on reviewing for her board exam. Unfortunately, it was postponed when the pandemic hit so she decided to find a job & the real estate industry opened its opportunity. Kimberly worked for 2 years (2020-2022) as a Property Drafting Specialist and learned the discipline of valuing time, delivering quality outputs, and meeting deadlines. She’s also a licensed Financial Advisor in the Philippines. Even before joining the insurance industry, Kimberly was very detailed with the in-and-outs of finances. In addition, she couldn’t take any late payments with all of her monthly responsibilities. She believes that the habit of self-financial discipline brings peace of mind. When Kimberly decided to resign as Property Drafting Specialist, she grabbed the chance of being part of Real Property Management as an Owner Coordinator. She began working October 26, 2022 and is now enjoying the career growth & healthy environment that this work and company offers.
Nina Curtiss, Assistant Account Manager
Nina is serving as the Assistant Account Manager for RPM and is brand new to the industry. Nina has worked in a few different industries for experience and has always had an interest in property management. Her goal is to work with Real Property Management for a long time and continue to provide positive interactions with everyone she meets!
Erin has a background in real estate, property management, and past owner of a few small businesses, so she understands what homeowners go through when choosing the right property management company to go work with. She is here to assist owners in guiding them through the real property management process where we do more than manage properties, we deliver peace of mind!
